Cannes · French Riviera
Monaco compresses more value into two square kilometres than anywhere on earth, and almost none of it is visible to public record. The Principality is a market of private introductions — the finest residences are held off-market, transacted between parties who already know one another, and seen only by appointment.
Opera Prestige holds a confidential, largely off-market selection across the Principality and its borders — penthouses in the Carré d’Or, rare villas on the Monte-Carlo and Roquebrune heights, and waterfront residences on Cap-Martin. None appears on a public platform; particulars are released on enquiry. The wider French Riviera collection extends the same standard along the coast.
Monaco is, above all, a harbour. A bespoke yacht charter can be positioned in Port Hercule itself — at the centre of the Grand Prix circuit and the Monaco Yacht Show — and held for the season or set for a crossing to Saint-Tropez and the Italian coast.
